In der Wärmeversorgung fallen täglich große Mengen an Daten an, die wertvolle Einblicke für die Optimierung des Betriebs liefern können. Unser Ziel ist es, Betriebsstörungen besser zu verstehen, um sie zukünftig vorhersagen und vermeiden zu können. Werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, innovative Lösungen für die Energieversorgung der Zukunft zu entwickeln!

Im Rahmen deiner Masterarbeit entwickelst du datengetriebene Methoden zur Kausalitätsanalyse von Störungen in Energiezentralen und Wärmenetzen. Ziel ist es, die Ursachen von Störungen automatisiert und zuverlässig zu rekonstruieren, um diese in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Dabei erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

  • Recherche und Analyse verschiedener Verfahren zur Untersuchung von Kausalitäten und Erkennung von Anomalien in Zeitreihen (z. B. statistische Methoden oder Ansätze des maschinellen Lernens)
  • Arbeit mit „Big Data“ im Bereich der Wärmeversorgung
  • Anwendung verschiedener Methoden auf reale Messdaten aus Wärmenetzen
  • Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Methoden, z. B. durch die Kombination mit physikalischen Modellen (falls erforderlich)
  • Kritische Bewertung der Ergebnisse und Analyse ihres Potenzials für automatisierte Analysen und Predictive Maintenance

Damit überzeugen Sie uns

  • Ein Studium in den Bereichen Data Science, Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Gute Studienleistungen und eine hohe Motivation, dein Wissen in der Praxis anzuwenden
  • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie Freude an angewandter Mathematik, Datenanalyse und Prozessverständnis
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten sowie Programmierkenntnisse in Python (insbesondere Kenntnisse in Pandas und Machine-Learning-Bibliotheken wie scikit-learn, TensorFlow oder PyTorch sind von Vorteil)
  • Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 5–6 Monate, um deine Masterarbeit erfolgreich abzuschließen
