The posting

Australian Venue Co. is continuing to grow across the Gold Coast and wider Queensland. We are looking to connect with experienced Venue Managers and high-performing Assistant Venue Managers who are ready to take the next step.

We have opportunities across the Gold Coast and our wider Queensland portfolio, including established venues and upcoming openings. The right opportunity will depend on your experience, leadership capability, venue background and preferred location.

We are looking for leaders with experience across:

  • High-volume hospitality venues
  • Pubs, bars, restaurants or entertainment venues
  • Full venue operations and team leadership
  • P&L, labour, stock and KPI management
  • Recruitment, training and performance development
  • Guest experience and service standards
  • Compliance, RSA, safety and incident management
  • Functions, events and local community engagement

We are also open to speaking with senior, experienced Assistant Venue Managers who are ready to step into their first Venue Manager opportunity.
