## Tâches - Diriger des projets de recherche et d'innovation en phase précoce pour de nouveaux systèmes - Développer des composants techniques, sous-systèmes et briques système - Identifier les tendances technologiques et les insights consommateurs pour alimenter le pipeline d'innovation - Transformer des idées en prototypes par le prototypage rapide, les tests et l'expérimentation - Valider de nouvelles solutions pour machines, produits et méthodes de préparation - Coordonner des partenaires internes et externes pour livrer les projets dans les délais et le budget

## Profil - Expertise en conception de machines, performance système, intelligence machine, composants et matériaux - Expertise en systèmes embarqués, développement matériel et logiciel, dispositifs interconnectés - Expérience en traitement de signal et acquisition de données pour systèmes - Maîtrise du prototypage mécanique et électronique, de la conception assistée par ordinateur et de la simulation - Capacité à collaborer avec des fonctions transverses, fournisseurs et partenaires d'affaires - Gestion des priorités, délais, risques et coûts de projet
