## Aufgaben - Technische und kommerzielle Leitung von Integrationsprojekten für ETCS-Onboard-Systeme - Verantwortung über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus von Übergabe bis Garantiephase - Sicherstellung der Projektziele bezüglich Termine, Budget, Qualität und Sicherheit - Stakeholder-Management mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Teams - Identifikation und Steuerung von Risiken, Chancen und Projektabhängigkeiten - Überwachung von Kosten, Umsatz, Forecast und Profitabilität - Führung und Weiterentwicklung interdisziplinärer Projektteams

## Profil - Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Ingenieurwesen (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik) - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise Bahn- oder Transportindustrie - Erfahrung in Leitung interdisziplinärer technischer Projekte - Kenntnisse von Normen wie TSI CCS und UNISIG von Vorteil - Erfahrung mit ETCS-Onboard-Systemen oder Bahnsignaltechnik von Vorteil - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Microsoft Project

## Angebot - Pensum 100% - Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10–25% - 3–6 Monate Interim, dann Festanstellung
