You lead a team of process engineers developing robust sterile manufacturing processes for parenteral drug products, from clinical through commercial stages.

## Tasks - Lead a team of process engineers developing sterile drug product manufacturing processes - Provide technical oversight for scale-up, process characterization and validation - Ensure process designs are robust for effective validation and commercialization - Coach and develop a team of approximately 8-12 process engineers - Represent the function in stakeholder meetings and drive global harmonization - Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing sites and CMOs

## Profile - Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent experience - At least 8 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry - Experience leading or managing groups of scientists and engineers - Strong technical expertise in parenteral process development - Ability to prioritize resources across a complex organizational network - Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
