The posting

You will own and scale the CI/CD and GitOps infrastructure that hundreds of engineers rely on daily, working across on-premises and cloud environments with a strong focus on security.

## Tasks - Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily - Plan capacity, runner architecture and platform reliability under shifting load patterns - Develop GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, including cluster state management across environments - Advance supply chain security posture through SAST and artifact attestation - Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across network, application and system layers

## Profile - Strong Kubernetes experience including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under load - Hands-on CI/CD background, GitLab CI experience is a plus - Practical GitOps experience, ideally with ArgoCD - Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust - Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform - Security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices, supply chain security experience is an advantage - Strong communication skills to work across teams and document work clearly
