This role leads manufacturing support for innovation and renovation projects, providing technical expertise to enable successful industrialization and sustainable factory performance.

## Tasks - Lead manufacturing support across innovation and renovation projects - Drive early manufacturing input, risk assessment and technical decisions - Deliver technical assistance during industrialization, start-ups and product launches - Build and document specialist knowledge, standards and guidelines - Explore new technologies and processes for innovation and productivity - Develop factory knowledge through training, coaching and cross-site networks

## Profile - Deep manufacturing, engineering or product development expertise - Experience applying quality, safety and hygiene standards - Skilled in data analysis, digital tools and structured problem solving - Able to collaborate across functions, sites and cultures - Fluent in English
