The posting

This role leads product compliance and certification activities for a new power electronics product family, covering design, validation and certification phases.

## Tasks - Lead compliance and certification activities across design, validation and certification phases - Apply standards such as UL, IEC, REACH and RoHS throughout product development - Conduct risk assessments, define type tests and communicate with standardization bodies - Manage supplier interactions and factory audits related to compliance - Lead certification plans and liaise with certification bodies and laboratories - Manage product compliance and certification documentation across the product lifecycle - Contribute to robust design for reliability and quality assurance practices

## Profile - Degree in engineering, such as electrical or mechatronics - Experience in compliance and certification of power electronics products - Experience with medium-voltage power electronics products is advantageous - Knowledge of standards analysis, test planning and certification documentation - Interest in practical verification and validation in a medium-voltage lab environment - Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus - Willingness to travel occasionally

## Offer - Hybrid work model - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position
