You own and prioritize the software product backlog for laboratory instrument systems, aligning product, architecture and development teams.

## Tasks - Own and prioritize the software product backlog based on customer value and technical feasibility - Translate product goals into development priorities, backlog items and acceptance criteria - Align product management, requirements engineering, architecture, development, UX and testing - Balance short-term product needs with long-term platform sustainability and scalability - Guide architecture-informed product decisions and prioritize technical debt - Maintain technical consistency across software teams in Switzerland and China - Integrate quality, regulatory and cybersecurity requirements into product decisions

## Profile - Higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or comparable discipline - Minimum 5 years of experience in software-intensive industrial instruments - Understanding of embedded software and software-hardware integration - Experience as Technical Product Owner, Software Architect, Technical Lead or similar role - Experience with agile and formal stage-gate development processes - Fluent in English, written and spoken; German is an advantage

## Offer - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position - Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model - 100% workload
