Sie leiten ein Mechanical-Design-Team und übernehmen die Programmleitung für internationale Entwicklungsprogramme im Bereich Wägezellen.

## Aufgaben - Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Mechanical-Design-Teams von 4 bis 5 Mitarbeitenden - Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung innovativer Wägezellenlösungen - Koordination und Priorisierung von Ressourcen und Aktivitäten im Team - Leitung internationaler Entwicklungsprogramme im Bereich Wägezellen über mehrere Standorte - Steuerung von Entwicklungsprogrammen bezüglich Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Ressourcen - Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandorten in der Schweiz und China - Professionelles Stakeholder-Management über verschiedene Fach- und Hierarchieebenen

## Profil - Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer technischer Fachrichtung - Rund zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise Sensorik, Präzisionsmechanik oder Messtechnik - Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, funktionsübergreifender, idealerweise internationaler Projekte - Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in fachlicher und disziplinarischer Leitung von Spezialisten - Technisches Verständnis in Mechanik, Sensorik sowie Grundkenntnisse in Elektronik und Messtechnik - Sicheres Auftreten in Deutsch und Englisch in anspruchsvollen Stakeholder-Situationen
