You provide advanced technical support for medium voltage drives used in process control and energy savings, working within a global service network.

## Tasks - Manage resolution of complex service cases onsite and feed learnings into product improvement - Take the leading role to exceed expected field performance of an evolving product - Provide technical guidance to other support levels and ensure know-how transfer - Establish and guide cross-functional resolution expert teams - Drive product improvements based on field learnings - Contribute to 24/7 service support availability

## Profile - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification - No previous work experience required; on-the-job training provided - Availability for global travel and field interventions - Structured and methodical approach to work - Solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and creativity - Good command of English; additional languages an advantage

## Offer - Hybrid work model - 80-100% workload - 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position
