Vous encadrez une équipe technique responsable de l'entretien des voies ferrées et pilotez les projets d'infrastructure dans le respect des exigences de sécurité et de qualité.

## Tâches - Encadrer une équipe d'environ 25 personnes dans leur développement professionnel et technique - Installer un climat de confiance favorisant la performance collective - Piloter l'entretien de la voie ferrée et les sous-projets selon les impératifs de sécurité et de qualité - Assurer la disponibilité des ressources humaines et matérielles pour la construction et l'entretien - Suivre et analyser les indicateurs financiers et opérationnels de l'équipe - Détecter et mettre en œuvre des optimisations avec l'équipe

## Profil - CFC ou expérience confirmée dans un domaine technique ferroviaire - Formation en gestion du personnel un atout, ou disposition à la suivre dans les deux ans - Bonnes compétences informatiques (Office 365, SAP) - Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable - Aisance avec des personnes de cultures diverses - Solides compétences relationnelles et techniques pour coacher une équipe
