Sie leiten Investitionsprojekte (CAPEX) für Gebäude und Anlagen an einem Produktions- und Forschungsstandort, von der Planung bis zur Übergabe an den Betrieb.

## Aufgaben - Verantwortung für Umfang, Kosten, Terminplan, Qualität, SHE und Nachhaltigkeit der Projekte - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Projektmethoden und lokaler Bauvorschriften - Aufbau und Führung interner, funktionsübergreifender Teams sowie Steuerung externer Partner - Mitwirkung bei Beschaffung, Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen - Implementierung von Projektsteuerung inkl. Fortschritts-, Risiko- und Change-Management - Monatliches Reporting an das Steering Committee und kaufmännischer Projektabschluss - Abstimmung mit Endnutzern aus dem Business für Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe an den Betrieb

## Profil - Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Ingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder verwandtem Bereich - 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter in der Führung von Investitionsprojekten (CAPEX) - Erfahrung mit Diagnostics-Projekten von Vorteil - Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz in Matrixorganisationen - Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten - Starke Expertise in Projektmanagement und Planung
