You will build enterprise-grade AI analysis platforms and data products to accelerate drug discovery within a disease area data science team.

## Tasks - Translate scientific and operational AI needs into decision-enabling solutions - Design, build, and sustain scalable AI-focused omics pipelines, APIs, and data products - Scale AI workflows using reproducible, transparent, secure, and FAIR data practices - Prioritize resources against evolving research needs - Provide input on project evaluation, deployment, lifecycle, and governance practices - Support onboarding of external vendors and service providers - Present strategy, implementation details and results internally and externally

## Profile - BS or MS in AI/ML, data science/engineering, computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, mathematics, physics or related - 3+ years hands-on experience in scientific data science, engineering or AI/ML in biopharma or technology - Experience building production-grade multimodal data platforms for scientific analysis - Experience with omics analysis pipelines, LLM patterns, agent orchestration and deep learning frameworks preferred - Practical experience in software or data engineering including Python, SQL, version control, testing, cloud platforms - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

## Offer - Hybrid work model - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position
