Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung von E-Learnings-, Schulungs- und Trainingsprogrammen, sowie Austausch mit anderen Trainern
  • Planung und Durchführung von Trainings
  • Identifikation von Stärken und Schwächen im Rahmen von Coaching am Arbeitsplatz
  • Qualitätssicherung sowie fachliche und kommunikative Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
  • aktive Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Projektergebnisse
  • Analyse und Reporting der Ausbildungs- und Trainingsergebnisse

Dein Profil

  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Call Center sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrungen
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Energiebranche wünschenswert
  • sicherer Umgang mit PC Anwendungen (z.B. MS-Office)
  • vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
  • leistungs- und umsatzorientierte sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • hohes Maß an Loyalität, Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
