Du möchtest HR in einem internationalen Contact-Center-Umfeld aktiv gestalten? Als Head of HR Kosovo & Albanien (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselrolle mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum: Du führst die HR-Teams an unseren Standorten, entwickelst die HR-Organisation in Kosovo und Albanien nachhaltig weiter und skalierst sie. Dabei arbeitest du direkt mit der lokalen Geschäftsführung, den Standortleitungen und zentralen HR-Funktionen in Deutschland zusammen – in einem internationalen, dynamischen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führe und entwickle unsere HR-Teams an allen Standorten in Kosovo und Albanien fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickle die HR-Organisation entsprechend unserem Wachstum weiter
  • Steuere den gesamten Employee Lifecycle und stelle einheitliche HR-Prozesse, Standards und Service Levels über alle Standorte hinweg sicher
  • Berate die lokale Geschäftsführung und Standortleitungen als strategischer HR Business Partner bei Themen wie Workforce Planning, Organisationsentwicklung, Change, Restrukturierungen, Skalierung und Standortentscheidungen
  • Entwickle und setze Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, -entwicklung und -motivation um und fördere eine einheitliche Unternehmenskultur
  • Steuere HR-KPIs, Headcount-, Fluktuations- und Recruiting-Reportings und leite daraus wirksame Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab
  • Arbeite eng mit der zentralen HR in Deutschland zusammen und setze konzernweite HR-Prozesse, Richtlinien und Projekte lokal um
  • Stelle die Einhaltung des kosovarischen und albanischen Arbeitsrechts sowie relevanter Datenschutzanforderungen sicher und koordiniere bei Bedarf externe Rechtsberatung
  • Gestalte Employer-Branding- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen und stärke unsere Position als attraktiver Arbeitgeber im lokalen Markt

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft, Arbeitsrecht, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • fließende Albanischkenntnisse, Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • mehrjährige HR-Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsrolle sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Standorte und Teams
  • idealerweise Erfahrung im Call-Center-, BPO- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld mit hohen Mitarbeitendenzahlen und dynamischen Anforderungen
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Employee Lifecycle, HR-Prozessmanagement, HR-KPIs und Reporting sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Headquarters oder Shared Service Centern
  • Kenntnisse im kosovarischen Arbeitsrecht oder die Bereitschaft, sich schnell in die lokalen Anforderungen einzuarbeiten
  • ausgeprägte Führungs- und Beratungskompetenz, souveränes Auftreten, interkulturelles Verständnis und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Reisebereitschaft zwischen den Standorten in Kosovo und Albanien sowie gelegentlich nach Deutschland
