Zur Übernahme einer Schlüsselrolle innerhalb des IT Helpdesk Teams suchen wir in Vollzeit und Festanstellung Unterstützung als IT First Level Helpdesk & Onsite Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Köln.

Wir suchen motivierte Talente, die entweder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mitbringen oder durch relevante Berufserfahrung und technisches Verständnis überzeugen – ganz gleich, ob du einen klassischen Ausbildungsweg gegangen bist oder die Motivation mitbringst, praxisnahe Erfahrungen im IT-Support zu sammeln und hineinzuwachsen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufnahme und Erfassung aller eingehenden IT- Belange
  • First-Level-Support für alle Standorte via Remote-, Onsite- und am Telefon
  • Fehleranalyse und Beseitigung von IT-Störungen sowie Ticketqualifizierung und Ticketdispatching
  • Unterstützung ext. Dienstleister bei der Umsetzung von IT-Themen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Accounts & Gruppen im Active Directory
  • Mitarbeit bei der Administration von IT-Infrastrukturanwendungen und bei IT-Projekten (Paketierung, Software, Asset Management, Client Lifecycle Management, etc.) und bei IT-Projekten

Dein Profil

  • wünschenswert ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer technisch orientierten Tätigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Reisebereitschaft an unsere Standorte in NRW
  • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen
