Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreue Mitarbeitende am Standort Essen administrativ über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg und bearbeite personalrelevante Vorgänge wie, Vertragsänderungen, Abmahnungen, Kündigungen und sowie individuelle Personalmaßnahmen eigenständig
  • Pflege und verwalte Personalstammdaten, digitale Personalakten sowie Fehlzeiten, Urlaubsansprüche und Zeitwirtschaftsdaten und stelle eine korrekte und aktuelle Datenbasis sicher
  • Bereite die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung vor und bearbeite komplexe Mitarbeiter- und Führungskräfteanfragen zu arbeitsrechtlichen, personaladministrativen und abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Treibe aktiv die Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Standardisierung von HR-Prozessen voran und arbeite an der Einführung innovativer Self-Service-Lösungen mit
  • Analysiere bestehende Abläufe, identifiziere Optimierungspotenziale und leite Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätssicherung ab
  • Arbeite eng mit HR Business Partnern, Payroll, Recruiting und weiteren Schnittstellenbereichen zusammen und stelle einen reibungslosen Informations- und Prozessfluss sicher

So bist Du

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen HR-Administration sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung komplexer Personalmaßnahmen
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und HR-Management-Systemen
  • Hohe Affinität für Prozessmanagement, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von HR-Abläufen
  • sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • ausgeprägte Service- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Empathie und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten
  • Selbstständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
