Deine Aufgaben

  • du bist das freundliche Gesicht unseres Standorts und empfängst Bewerber:innen, Besucher:innen und Handwerker:innen und kümmerst dich um die Ausgabe der Zugangskarten
  • du hältst unseren Standort am Laufen, organisierst die Meetingräume und packst mit an, wenn am Standort Unterstützung gebraucht wird
  • du planst, organisierst und begleitest abwechslungsreiche Events – von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung
  • du unterstützt unser Recruiting-Team bei Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • du übernimmst die Social Media Aktivitäten für unseren Standort und bringst deine Ideen und dein Gespür für Social Media aktiv ein
  • du behältst den Überblick über die tägliche Post, digitalisierst eingehende Dokumente und sorgst dafür, dass alles schnell an die richtigen Stellen weitergeleitet wird

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Office Management, Hotellerie, Assistenzbereich oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle von Vorteil
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsstärke, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • digitale Affinität sowie Begeisterung oder Talent für Social Media
  • proaktive, serviceorientierte und freundliche Persönlichkeit
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
