Deine Aufgaben

  • Beantwortung telefonischer Kundenanfragen von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • vertriebsorientierte Gesprächsführung zu Produkten, Tarifen und Preisen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen z.B. bei Tarifumstellungen, Vertragsoptimierungen und der Vermarktung neuer Produkte
  • Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche

Dein Profil

  • erste Erfahrung im Sales oder großes Interesse an Vertrieb
  • idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld, aber kein Muss
  • sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich
  • selbstständiges sowie gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • ob Früh-, Spätschicht oder Wochenende – du bist flexibel einsetzbar
