Das erwartet dich:

  • Du verantwortest die Qualität unserer Service-Management-Leistungen, unterstützt bei komplexen Kundensituationen und entwickelst Prozesse, Governance und Zusammenarbeit konsequent weiter
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung unseres Customer Delivery Management Teams, schaffst die nötigen Rahmenbedingungen und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden gezielt weiter
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kunden im operativen Service Management professionell, verlässlich und persönlich betreut werden
  • Du förderst eine konsequente Kundenorientierung und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenbedürfnisse innerhalb von Aveniq gehört und adressiert werden
  • Du entwickelst das Customer Delivery Management weiter, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und setzt Verbesserungen pragmatisch um
  • Du bist nahe am operativen Geschäft, packst selbst mit an und unterstützt dein Team insbesondere bei anspruchsvollen Kundensituationen und Eskalationen. Die Kundenschnittstelle ist deine Welt.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation ein und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit deinem Team neue Wege zu gehen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Service Management mit und hast bereits Teams mit grosser Führungsspanne fachlich und personell geführt
  • Du kennst das Service-Provider-Umfeld und weisst, worauf es bei der Betreuung anspruchsvoller Kunden und Managed Services ankommt
  • Du bist eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die Orientierung gibt, Verantwortung übernimmt und Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele begeistern kann
  • Du hast eine positive, lösungsorientierte Haltung und konzentrierst dich lieber darauf, was möglich ist, als darauf, warum etwas nicht funktioniert. Eine “Can do” Mentalität ist Voraussetzung für diese anspruchsvolle Position.
  • Du willst gestalten. Bestehendes darfst du hinterfragen und gute Ideen bringst du konsequent in die Umsetzung
  • Kundenorientierung lebst du vor: Du hörst zu, verstehst Bedürfnisse und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Blick für eine gute Lösung
  • Du kommunizierst klar und auf Augenhöhe und kannst unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenbringen
  • Veränderungen motivieren dich und du hast Freude daran, dein Team auf diesem Weg mitzunehmen
  • Eine fundierte Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Service Management sowie gute ITIL-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
