In der Business Unit CTT bündeln wir unser Know\-how in fünf Business Lines: HR \& Digital Transformation, People Analytics \& Befragungen, Personal Transformation \& Coaching, Leadership \& Culture Transformation sowie Sales Trainings \& Lizenzierungen. Du nutzt diese Plattform, indem du Kunden gewinnst und dabei Lösungen entwickelst und zu grossen, mehrjährigen Umsetzungsprogrammen ausbaust als

Deine Rolle

  • Du entwickelst Geschäft dort, wo Vertrauen entsteht. Im laufenden Mandat erkennst Du weitere Bedürfnisse, machst proaktiv Vorschläge und baust Kundenbeziehungen zu langfristigen Partnerschaften aus.
  • Du führst grosse und komplexe Projekte in Transformation, Leadership und Organisationsentwicklung, inhaltlich, wirtschaftlich und in der Kundenbeziehung.
  • Du bist Sparringpartner für Geschäftsleitungen und Führungsteams und überzeugst durch Qualität, Erfahrung und Klarheit.
  • Du arbeitest im Team wie auch eigenständig beim Kunden und steigst schnell und souverän in neue Mandate ein.
  • Du übersetzt Kundenanliegen rasch in überzeugende Lösungen, vom Transformationsprogramm bis zum Leadership\-Training, und verantwortest Angebote und Kalkulationen.
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung von CTT aktiv mit: durch interne Initiativen, durch die gemeinsame Zielsetzung mit OKR und durch die Zusammenarbeit über die Business Lines hinweg.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Organisationspsychologie, Human Resources oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 7\-10 Jahre Erfahrung in Beratung, Organisationsentwicklung, Change Management oder Leadership Development, davon mehrere Jahre in der Verantwortung für grosse Projekte oder Programme
  • Seniorität, Souveränität und hohe Qualitätsansprüche im Umgang mit Geschäftsleitungen und Verwaltungsräten
  • Unternehmerischer Antrieb, hoher Drive und Freude daran, Kundenbeziehungen weiterzuentwickeln und neue Mandate zu gewinnen. Verkaufserfahrung ist ein Plus, entscheidend sind Dein Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und Deine Initiative.
  • Teamgeist mit Eigenverantwortung und breite Einsatzfähigkeit über Themen, Kunden und Formate hinweg
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz und Flexibilität
