Senior Consultant HR \& Digital Transformation (80–100%)

Deine Rolle

  • Du berätst Kunden in HR\-Transformationsprojekten, von der Analyse der Ausgangslage über Zielbild und Roadmap bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei gestaltest Du digitale Prozesse in zentralen HR\-Domänen wie Recruiting, Talent Management und Talent Administration.
  • Du leitest Projekte zur Auswahl und Einführung von HR\-Software, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Abacus Umantis, und übernimmst bei Bedarf die Gesamtprojektleitung.
  • Du berätst Kunden beim Einsatz von KI im HR. Du ordnest Use Cases ein, klärst Chancen, Risiken und Datenschutzanforderungen und begleitest Teams und Führungskräfte durch die Veränderung.
  • Du entwickelst Leads erfolgreich zu Mandaten und baust das Geschäft aktiv aus. In laufenden Projekten erkennst Du weiteren Bedarf und schaffst mit überzeugenden Ergebnissen die Basis für Folgeprojekte.
  • Du wirkst an unserer strategischen Initiative rund um die Partnerschaft mit Abacus Umantis mit und entwickelst unser Angebot im Bereich HR\-Tech und KI aktiv weiter.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Human Resources oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in HR\-IT\-Projekten, einschliesslich der Einführung von HR\-Software und der Projektleitung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Change Management und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Fachbereichen, IT und Geschäftsleitung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, Kundenbeziehungen weiterzuentwickeln; Erfahrung in der Consulting Branche und in der Akquisition von Mandaten ist ein Plus
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse im HR\-Software\-Markt, Erfahrung mit KI\-Anwendungen im HR oder Kenntnisse im Datenschutz (nDSG)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch ist ein Plus
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie Flexibilität für Einsätze innerhalb der Deutschschweiz
