Sobre a vaga

O Banker de Relacionamento – Singular é responsável pela gestão e desenvolvimento de uma carteira de clientes de alta renda, predominantemente com ativos acima de USD 200 mil, com foco na construção de relacionamentos de longo prazo, crescimento dos ativos sob relacionamento e entrega de uma assessoria financeira de alto nível. Atua de forma proativa no acompanhamento dos clientes, análise de portfólio, identificação de oportunidades e recomendação de estratégias de investimento, garantindo excelência no atendimento, adequação das recomendações e cumprimento das exigências regulatórias aplicáveis

No seu dia a dia, você terá como responsabilidade

  • Gestão e Relacionamento: Ponto focal do cliente de alta renda na Avenue; conduz acompanhamentos periódicos, revisões de portfólio e atendimento consultivo proativo.
  • Crescimento e Retenção: Expansão de AUM (share of wallet), oferta de soluções integradas (investimentos, banking e cash management) e mitigação de evasão de ativos.
  • Assessoria e Alocação: Análise de portfólio, diversificação e recomendações alinhadas ao mercado americano e ao perfil do investidor.
  • Disciplina Comercial: Gestão de pipeline, priorização de agenda e registro rigoroso de todas as interações no Salesforce.
  • Interface Interna: Articulação com áreas especialistas (Alocação, Banking, Operações, Compliance) para resolução ágil de demandas sem desviar o foco comercial.
  • Compliance e Suitability: Aderência estrita às normas regulatórias (Reg BI), políticas internas de conduta e garantia de recomendações no melhor interesse do cliente.

Requisitos Obrigatórios Para se encaixar na posição, buscamos alguém com experiência e conhecimento nos seguintes pontos:

  • Aprovação no SIE – Securities Industry Essentials – obrigatória.
  • Aprovação no Series 7 no início da função ou no prazo de até 60 dias após o início.
  • Inglês fluente.
  • Conhecimento do mercado financeiro e produtos de investimento.
  • Experiência prévia em relacionamento com clientes ou atuação comercial no mercado financeiro.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Organização, disciplina e capacidade de gestão de múltiplas demandas.
  • Orientação para resultados e desenvolvimento de negócios.

Diferenciais Não é obrigatório, mas seria incrível se você também possuir:

  • Aprovação prévia em outras certificações FINRA, como Series 63, Series 65 ou equivalentes aplicáveis à função.
  • Experiência no atendimento a clientes de alta renda.
  • Experiência em instituições financeiras, broker-dealers, bancos ou plataformas de investimento.
  • Experiência com clientes internacionais ou patrimônio offshore.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM, preferencialmente Salesforce.

Informações Adicionais Essa é uma vaga híbrida, com presença de 3x a 4x por semana no nosso escritório em Miami, EUA.

• Bônus: pago semestralmente de acordo com as regras formuladas pela Avenue. • Pagamentos (Pay checks): enviados quinzenalmente. • Férias Remuneradas/PTO: 120 horas (15 dias úteis) no total distribuídas ao longo do ano, a serem acordadas e autorizadas antecipadamente com o gestor direto. As horas são válidas até 30 de julho do ano seguinte, não sendo cumulativas para o próximo período.
