Distribution Marketplace Program and Enablement Specialist

Position Summary

The Distribution Marketplace Program and Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in connecting channel operations, marketplace execution, distribution readiness, and product marketing to optimize how AvePoint products are presented, purchased, and maintained across commercial marketplaces. This role owns the day-to-day operational coordination required to keep listings accurate, purchasing paths clear, stakeholders enabled, and marketplace workflows aligned across internal teams, distributors, vendors, and platform partners. The role focuses on improving the end-to-end marketplace experience by managing product content, SKU and pricing readiness, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and enablement processes that support scalable distribution growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Relationship Management: Maintain vendor and marketplace relationships, ensure product listings reflect accurate positioning, and continuously improve the purchasing experience by identifying operational friction, resolving marketplace issues, and updating listings as product, pricing, and availability changes occur.
  • Stakeholder Enablement and Coordination: Support internal and external distributor stakeholders with operational guidance, clear communications, and timely follow-up, while partnering closely with Distribution Operations to resolve platform issues, align priorities, and communicate product availability or workflow changes.
  • Operational and Marketing Collaboration: Manage listing content, pricing inputs, SKU integration, and release-related marketplace updates by coordinating with Product Marketing, Distribution Operations, Channel, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketplace readiness.
  • Marketplace Data and Workflow Readiness: Maintain a working understanding of channel workflows, data flows, platform dependencies, and handoffs between internal and external systems so marketplace execution remains accurate, scalable, and easy for stakeholders to navigate.

A Day in the Life

  • Monitor marketplace listings, product pages, SKU availability, pricing inputs, and customer purchasing paths to ensure information remains accurate and aligned across distributor and marketplace platforms.
  • Coordinate with Distribution Operations to triage marketplace issues, identify root causes, document next steps, and keep stakeholders informed until resolution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to gather updated messaging, release content, product positioning, and enablement assets required for marketplace updates.
  • Support distributor and marketplace stakeholders by answering operational questions, clarifying processes, and providing guidance on purchasing workflows, product availability, and platform changes.
  • Maintain marketplace readiness trackers, content inventories, SKU mapping documents, and operational documentation that make ownership, dependencies, and open issues visible.
  • Prepare concise updates for Channel, Distribution, Product Marketing, and Business Operations stakeholders on marketplace status, blockers, launch readiness, and required decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel operations, distribution programs, marketplace operations, partner programs, product operations, or a related go-to-market function.
  • Strong understanding of commercial marketplace or distribution platform workflows, including product listings, SKU setup, pricing coordination, and purchasing journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support vendor-facing, distributor-facing, and internal stakeholder communications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy across product content, operational documentation, pricing inputs, and marketplace data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up across teams, and keep operational workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working across Product Marketing, Distribution Operations, Channel, RevOps, and regional stakeholders to align content, process, and execution needs.
  • Proactive, outcome-oriented approach with the ability to identify friction, recommend process improvements, and drive issues to resolution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
