Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) Lagerhaltung & Logistik bist Du für die operative Führung Deines Teams sowie für die reibungslose, fachgerechte und wirtschaftliche Abwicklung aller Prozesse in der Annahme, Lagerung und dem Versand von Roh-/Hilfsstoffen und Fertigprodukten verantwortlich. Du stellst die termingerechte Produktionsversorgung sicher und gewährleistest die konsequente Einhaltung der strengen Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltvorschriften unseres Chemiebetriebs.

Deine Aufgaben - Vielseitig, verantwortungsvoll und prozessgenau

  • On-Site Status: Diese Position wird vollständig vor Ort an unserem Produktionsstandort in Kreuzlingen ausgeführt.
  • Teamführung & Kultur: Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Anleitung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Lager & Logistik. Du führst Einarbeitungen, Entwicklungsgespräche, SWOP-Rundgänge und Sicherheitsdialoge durch und prägst aktiv eine positive Unternehmenskultur.
  • Operative Steuerung & Leitstand: Koordination des operativen Tagesablaufs im Leitstand für Deinen Verantwortungsbereich sowie aktive operative Mitarbeit bei Engpässen oder im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Warenbewegung, Versand & Entladung: Überwachung und Ausführung des Be- und Entladens (inkl. flüssiger Gefahrstoffe und Tankcontainer), der Wareneingangs- und Ausgangskontrollen, der Kommissionierung nach dem FIFO-Prinzip sowie des vorschriftsmässigen Verpackens und Etikettierens für den weltweiten Versand.
  • Lager- & Bestandsmanagement: Verwaltung der Lagerbestände und Stellplatzkontrollen mittels ERP-Systemen, Pflege des Lagerkonzepts sowie federführende Mitwirkung bei Inventuren.
  • Dokumentation & Prozesse: Erstellung aller Transportdokumentationen gemäss Vorschriften. Konsequente Einhaltung und Überwachung der Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsysteme sowie Abfallbewirtschaftung.
  • Sicherheit, Sauberkeit & Instandhaltung: Gewährleistung der Einsatzbereitschaft, Pflege und Reinigung aller Einlagerungs- und Versandmittel. Konsequente Einhaltung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und den strengen Sicherheitsrichtlinien eines Chemiebetriebs im gesamten Lagerbereich.
  • Schicht- & Flexibilitätseinsatz: Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Schichtbetrieb/2-Schicht-System sowie bei Bedarf für flexible Einsätze ausserhalb der Regelzeit.

Qualifications Dein Profil - Führungspersönlichkeit mit Logistik-Kompetenz und Sicherheitsfokus

  • Ausbildung & Praxis: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Logistikbereich (z. B. Logistiker EFZ/EBA) oder eine vergleichbare fundierte Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik – vorzugsweise im industriellen oder chemischen Umfeld.
  • Führungserfahrung: (Erste) Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Teams sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern, bei Problemen zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Fahrpraxis & Sicherheit: Gültiger Staplerschein mit nachweisbarer Fahrpraxis. Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, insbesondere im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen und Chemikalien.
  • Persönlichkeit & Kompetenzen: Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Improvisationstalent, hohe Stressstabilität und Belastbarkeit. Du zeichnest Dich durch Flexibilität, Kollegialität, ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung ("Mitdenken, Mitmachen, Mittragen") sowie Veränderungs- und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft aus.
  • IT & Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und gängigen PC-Anwendungen (Google Workspace / MS Office).
