Tehtävänkuvaus

Tuotetuki-insinöörinä tuet teollisuusmoottoreiden myyntiä ja tarjoat teknistä tukea asiakkaille. Tehtävä on monipuolinen yhdistelmä teknistä konsultointia, päämiesyhteydenpitoa ja käytännönläheistä testausta sekä asennustyötä kentällä.

Tarjoamme monipuolisen ja itsenäisen roolin kansainvälisessä premium-brändin ympäristössä, kattavan perehdytyksen sekä asiantuntevan ja todella mukavan tiimin tuen.

Työtehtävät

Tehtävässä vastaat Caterpillar-teollisuusmoottoreiden teknisestä tuesta, asennusten onnistumisesta ja testaustoiminnasta tiiviissä yhteistyössä myynnin, huollon ja asiakkaiden kanssa.

  • CAT-teollisuusmoottoreiden ja -komponenttien myynnin tukeminen ja tuotetuki asiakkaille
  • Moottoriasennusten teknisen onnistumisen varmistaminen, testaukset ja raportointi
  • Mittalaitteiden ja testilaitteiden asennus sekä käytännön testaustyöt kentällä
  • Asiakastyytyväisyyden varmistaminen toimimalla teknisenä konsulttina ja yhteyshenkilönä
  • Yhteydenpito päämiehen edustajiin
  • Teknisten tietojen ja muun tarvittavan informaation viestintä omalle ja asiakkaan huolto-organisaatolle
  • Yhteistyö moottorimyynnin ja muiden sisäisten sidosryhmien kanssa

Etsimme

  • Soveltuva tekninen koulutustausta, esimerkiksi ajoneuvo-, sähkö- tai konetekniikan alalta
  • Hyvä sähkö- ja mekaniikkatekniikan osaaminen
  • Ymmärrys moottorinohjaustekniikasta ja työkoneiden voimansiirtoratkaisuista
  • Käytännönläheinen asenne ja kyky tarttua työkaluihin testaustilanteissa
  • Palveluhenkisyyttä, asiakaslähtöisyyttä, yhteistyöhalua ja -kykyä
  • Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito
  • Ajokortti ja matkustusvalmius kotimaassa
