The Manager, Global Liquidity & Capital Markets leads the Company’s strategic, forward-looking liquidity planning and strategic treasury activities, including the design and governance o the weekly cash forecast, subsidiary liquidity management, strategic banking relationships, debt-related treasury activities, investment strategy, and foreign currency exposure management. This role partners cross-functionally to provide clear cash visibility, strengthen controls, support close activities, and manage financial risk, while developing the maturity of the treasury function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the design methodology, assumptions, governance, and final delivery of the weekly cash forecast and long-term cash forecast, ensuring accurate and timely insights are available to drive decision making.
  • Oversee projected funding requirements across legal entities and currencies and develop funding recommendations to maintain appropriate liquidity and support operations.
  • Lead forward-looking liquidity management by legal entity and subsidiary, including assessing projected funding requirements, excess cash positions, intercompany funding needs, and opportunities to optimize the global deployment of cash.
  • Own strategic relationships with domestic and international banking partners including banking-service strategy, commercial negotiations, credit capacity, service performance and the design of the Company’s global banking structure.
  • Manage debt-related treasury activities, including interest rate elections, liquidity forecasting, covenant compliance and forecasting, preparation and review of debt- and interest-related journal entries, forecasting of interest expense, and related analysis and reporting to support close activities, cash planning, and covenant compliance.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend investment strategies or Investment Policy updates to adapt to market volatility or business expansion.
  • Own policies and procedures governing cash forecasting, liquidity management, debt-related treasury activities, investments, and foreign exchange risk, and partner with Accounting to maintain appropriate controls and documentation across treasury processes ensuring processes are documented, maintained, and consistently followed while driving updates and improvements to support compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Own foreign exchange policy, accounting, and exposure monitoring activities, including identifying and tracking FX exposures; establishing and maintaining appropriate monetary and non-monetary account classifications; reviewing foreign currency revaluation and translation processes within NetSuite; ensuring the completeness and accuracy of realized and unrealized foreign exchange gains and losses; supporting risk mitigation strategies; and providing reporting, analysis, and recommendations to help manage volatility, protect liquidity, maintain accounting compliance, and support informed decision-making.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities by preparing and reviewing treasury-related entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules, and coordinate audit requests to ensure timely, accurate, and complete treasury reporting and documentation.
  • Develop and mentor treasury staff, ensure effective role design, and provide training to support strong performance, accountability, and team development.
  • Drive the continued development and maturity of the treasury function and assume responsibility for additional treasury processes, teams, and activities as the Company's organizational structure, geographic footprint, and treasury requirements evolve.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • 5+ years experience managing cash forecasting and banking relationships in a multi-currency, multi-entity, high transaction volume environment
  • 3+ years experience mentoring and developing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism, acting with the highest level of integrity and maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong Excel and database skills; demonstrated curiosity and practical application of AI tools
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience leading a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • CTP or CFA, preferred
  • Experience with Zuora, NetSuite, Avalara, and TMS preferred
