AV Group NB Inc. Atholville Mill is currently recruiting for the following position: Executive Assistant – Temporary Contract (1 Year)   Role Overview   The successful candidate is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the President & Unit Head.   Key Responsibilities include

Provide and maintain confidential administrative support for the President & Unit Head Provide administrative support for the Senior Managers when required Coordinate, organize and distribute weekly and monthly reports Coordinate cost effective travel and accommodating arrangements for President & Unit Head and Board of Directors. Track vacation, statutory holidays, and floating holidays for all staff Provide support to Logistics team in daily activities, update files, prepare customer shipment summary reports etc.

  Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administrations or equivalent would be an asset Relevant experience in a similar role would be an asset Exceptional interpersonal and communication (i.e., verbal and written) skills Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail Proficiency of Microsoft Office
