Deine Aufgaben

  • Empfang inklusive Patientenaufnahme und Erfassung von Daten in unserem Praxissystem
  • Bedienung unseres digitalen Praxissystems (inkl. Schulung zu Beginn)
  • Unseren Patient:innen das Avi Konzept & die Avi Vorteile erklären und näher bringen
  • Patient:innen bei der Nutzung der Avi App unterstützen
  • Unterstützung bei der Praxisorganisation (z.B. Bestellungen und Desinfizieren von medizinischen Geräten)
  • Patient:innen bei der Einschreibung in unsere Avi Medical spezifischen Programme unterstützen (z.B. Hausarztprogramm)
  • Füreinander im Team da sein & sich helfen

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung in der Patienten- oder Kundenbetreuung aus dem Customer Care oder Hotellerie
  • Du bringst eine Einsatzbereitschaft von mindestens 35 Stunden pro Woche mit
  • Einfühlsamkeit, Patientenorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Lust neue Ideen umzusetzen
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Digitale Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und basis Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
