Die Blausteinklinik gehört seit über 25 Jahren zu den führenden Fachkliniken für venöse Erkrankungen in Baden-Württemberg und darüber hinaus. Gemeinsam mit den angegliederten Praxen bildet die Klinik das interdisziplinäre Gefäß- und Hautzentrum Blaustein und versorgt pro Jahr rund 17.000 ambulante und stationäre Patienten. Unser gemeinsamer Anspruch ist es dabei, für Patientinnen und Patienten aller Kassen im ambulanten und stationären Bereich spezialisierte Medizin auf höchstem Niveau und auf Grundlage aktuellster wissenschaftlicher Leitlinien anzubieten.

Wir suchen eine engagierte Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unserem Gefäß-und Hautzentrum MVZ. In dieser Position sind Sie für die umfassende Betreuung unserer Patient:innen sowie die Organisation und Koordination der Praxisabläufe verantwortlich. Sie tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen und die medizinische Versorgung auf höchstem Niveau sicherzustellen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung bei medizinischen Untersuchungen, die Organisation des Praxisbetriebs sowie die Betreuung unserer Patient:innen vor, während und nach den Behandlungen.

Aufgaben

  • Begrüßung und Betreuung der Patient:innen sowie Organisation der Terminplanung
  • Durchführung von Intake und Erhebung der Anamnesedaten
  • Assistenz bei ärztlichen Untersuchungen und Behandlungen
  • Verabreichung von Medikamenten und Injektionen gemäß ärztlicher Anweisung
  • Überwachung der Vitalzeichen und Dokumentation der Befunde
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, wie Terminvereinbarungen und Abrechnung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung hygienischer Standards und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Kommunikation mit Patient:innen, Angehörigen und anderen medizinischen Fachkräften

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im klinischen Umfeld oder in einer Arztpraxis ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in medizinischer Terminologie sowie im Umgang mit gängiger Praxissoftware
  • Fähigkeit zur empathischen Kommunikation mit Patient:innen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung in medizinischen Fachthemen, insbesondere Intake und medizinischer Versorgung
