The posting

The Administrative Assistant is a great foot in the door with our company. This person performs assigned administrative functions in support of the Branch Administrator. These functions directly support our clients and account managers. This person interacts regularly with all areas of the branch operation. Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Support

Answering and directing phone calls; serve as receptionist for clients and vendors alike Process incoming mail and print technical drawings Create and maintain folders in the DEN Assist with RMA processing & vendor returns

Office Operations

Maintain coffee stations, kitchen, and common areas Manage office and kitchen inventory; order supplies through approved vendors Organize copy and office supply areas Coordinate facility maintenance and serve as primary onsite contact Support customer and visitor tours, including meeting and lunch arrangements

Financial & Customer Support

Send regional courtesy collection communications Process vendor invoices and event-related collections Serve as primary administrative contact for select customer onboarding

Communication & Coordination

Act as a liaison between departments to support effective communication and workflow

Employee Engagement & Events

Plan quarterly employee engagement, wellness, and volunteer activities Assist with company events and office-wide initiatives
