Coordenador de Comércio Exterior

Requisitos

  • Formação Superior Completa: Comercio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração, Economia, Gestão Empresarial.
  • Desejável: MBA ou pós graduação na área.
  • Experiência: cadeia produtiva, raciocínio logico, facilidade para cálculos, planilhas e sistemas, e processos de importação e exportação.
  • Idiomas : Inglês e Espanhol avançado;
  • Programas Microsoft Office;
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Boa relação interpessoal; proatividade; liderança,
  • Necessário experiência com Produção VIVA.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordenar e acompanhar documentos de embarques, de importação e exportação. reparação e elaboração de documentos de remessa de produtos exportados, formulários, guias, controles e registros para exportação, documentos relativos a recolhimento de taxas e impostos, seguros e outros emolumentos, guias de importação, relatórios, faturas, cotações de preços, memorandos, etc;
  • Emitir invoice e conferir dados gestão de preços, além de alocar adequadamente os recursos da empresa para buscar otimizar os processo de importação e exportação;
  • Controlar a documentação legais Receita federal, MAPA, Companhia aérea, despachantes;
  • Mapear processos de melhorias nos processos de importação e exportação;
  • Alocar os processos de importação e exportação dentro da melhor logística do ponto de vista de custo e qualidade;
  • Coordenar equipe, avaliação, feedback e desenvolver equipe pessoal e técnico. Programação de férias, gestão de atividades, distribuição de tarefas e funções e gestão de banco de horas;
  • Manter contato com áreas de Comex dos demais unidades/subsidiárias da Aviagen de forma a buscar otimização dos processos de importação e exportação.
