Desejável:

  • Instrutor de NR 35 / NR 33
  • Intermediário de Power BI
  • Cursos em Higiene Ocupacional
  • Experiência no Segmento de Avicultura.

Tarefas a serem desenvolvidas

  • Realizar inspeções de segurança e prestar suporte a unidade sobre sua gestão de acordo com as definições estratégicas da organização; Participar de reuniões em conjunto com produção e interagir a supervisão; Validar a liberação documental de prestadores de serviço; Inspecionar os equipamentos de prevenção de acidentes e de combate ao incêndio e interagir com a área de manutenção e fornecedores externos, visando adequar ou substituir equipamentos; Subsidiar na aplicação e interpretação das normas regulamentadoras e demais legislações pertinentes; Prestar suporte, orientar e conduzir as ações da CIPATR; Atualizar os indicadores de segurança e demais estratificações de dados das ocorrências; Validar os conteúdos dos treinamentos compulsórios de acordo com as legislações aplicáveis; Realizar a análise de ocorrências (acidentes e incidentes) de maior complexidade e aberturas de CAT; Elaborar os documentos e programas de prevenção de acidentes: PGR, PCA e PPR; Participar nos processos de auditoria, inspeções das seguradoras e perícias trabalhistas, bem como implementar o Plano de Ação proposto; Analisar, em conjunto com o supervisor os procedimentos de riscos da Unidade; Participar e acompanhar no planejamento e desmembramento dos planos de ação de auditorias internas e diagnósticos. Ministrar treinamentos de Segurança do Trabalho;
