Job Description

En este cargo el operador de producción será el encargado de dar soporte a las actividades de manufactura, desarrollando actividades operativas de fabricación de producto, siguiendo los estándares de fabricación y acatando los lineamientos de seguridad, calidad, productividad, servicio y buenas prácticas.

Responsibilities

Funciones

  • Colabora para pesar los ingredientes para cumplir con las especificaciones de la receta, garantiza que los ingredientes correctos se entreguen al área de trabajo..
  • Se capacita en actividades de maquinaria para mezclar, extruir/descargar o manipular materiales de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos
  • Examina los materiales visual o físicamente para garantizar la conformidad con los estándares establecidos.
  • Realiza toda la limpieza requerida de la máquina.
  • Sigue y cumple con todas las normas y reglamentos de seguridad y trabajo.
  • Mantiene los estándares de limpieza departamentales.
  • Recibir y entregar turno de forma clara con estado de los procesos a cargo.

Demandas Fisicas

Mientras realiza los deberes de este trabajo, el empleado debe estar de pie regularmente; caminar; agacjarse; usar las manos para tocar, manipular objetos, herramientas o controles; Hablar y/o escuchar. Ocasionalmente se requiere sentarse. El empleado debe levantar y/o mover con frecuencia hasta 55 libras. Requiere el uso de equipo de seguridad segpun lo dicte el área de trabajo, como gafas y zapatos de seguridad, máscara contra el polvo, casco, respirador, protector facial, protección auditiva, traje químico, guantes, delantales, etc. El nivel de ruido en el entorno de trabajo suele ser moderado, con la excepción de las zonas de alto ruido. Mientras realiza las tareas de este trabajo, el empleado está frecuentemente expuesto a condiciones de humos. Exposición regular a partes mecánicas móviles.

Educación

Bachiller o técnico en manufactura o afines

Experiencia:

Minimo 1 año en procesos de manufactura o transformación de materias primas, deseable en el sector plástico
