Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de rechterhand van de Maintenance Coördinator en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudsactiviteiten tot in de puntjes voorbereid en uitgevoerd worden. Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Ondersteuning & planning: Je zorgt ervoor dat de Maintenance Coördinator op jou kan rekenen en helpt bij de dagelijkse taken. Dankzij jouw strakke planning verlopen preventieve werkzaamheden vlot en efficiënt
  • Materialenbeheer zonder verrassingen: Jij bestelt de juiste onderdelen op het juiste moment en volgt leveringen nauwgezet op. Zo staat niemand ooit stil door een ontbrekend stuk
  • Sterke leveranciersrelaties: Je bouwt en onderhoudt goede samenwerkingen, zodat je altijd weet waar je de beste oplossingen vindt
  • Vooruitdenken in onderhoud: Korte én middenlange termijn? Jij hebt een helder overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat het onderhoudsplan steeds up-to-date is
  • Innovatie zit in je bloed: Je blijft processen verbeteren en komt telkens weer met slimme, vernieuwende ideeën
  • Veiligheid voorop: Jij bent het voorbeeld als het gaat om veiligheidsprocedures en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de regels strikt naleeft

  • Technische kennis? Check! Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring op zak. Machines, onderhoud en techniek? Jij kent de kneepjes van het vak!
  • Analytisch én hands-on! Je houdt van problemen ontleden, maar ook van oplossingen die werken in de praktijk. Met jouw ondernemende mindset weet je zaken écht in beweging te zetten
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt georganiseerd en accuraat, en als er knopen doorgehakt moeten worden, aarzel jij geen seconde
  • Verantwoordelijkheid? Dat zit in je DNA. Je voelt je eigenaar van je werk en zoekt steeds naar manieren om processen te verbeteren en efficiënter te maken. Stilstaan is geen optie!
  • Talenknobbel? Jazeker! Je beheerst het Nederlands en weet je vlot uit te drukken in het Frans. Communicatie is key, en jij brengt je boodschap helder en professioneel over
