Jij kunt als procesoperator bij Aviko Rixona een onmisbare rol spelen op onze dynamische afdeling processing! Deze afdeling bestaat uit een groot team van ongeveer 60 collega’s, verdeeld over 5-ploegen.

Onze afdeling processing staat nooit stil, met voortdurende automatisering, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en TPM die de productie continu veranderen. Je krijgt dus een afwisselende en uitdagende baan, waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is.

Je werkt samen met je enthousiaste collega's om te zorgen dat de productie op rolletjes loopt. Dus, als jij klaar bent om deel uit te maken van een organisatie die altijd in beweging is, dan is Aviko Rixona de plek voor jou!

Vacatureomschrijving

  • Je bedient de apparatuur, bewaakt het procesverloop en onderneemt actie als er afwijkingen optreden
  • Als eigenaar van de productielijn stuur jij jou proces zo bij dat je het beste rendement uit de lijn weet te halen en daarnaast de kwaliteit van de producten waarborgt
  • Als kwaliteitsbewaker zorg je voor topproducten door nauwkeurige controle
  • Je hebt de controle over de ondersteunende processen, zoals energie en reststromen
  • Je verhelpt storingen en voert kleinere onderhoudstaken zelfstandig uit
  • Je bent naast de reguliere werkzaamheden ook actief bezig met optimalisatievoorstellen aangaande het productieproces en neemt actief deel aan verbeterteams
