The posting

Deine Aufgaben

This is a full-time position where we'd like you to grow and expand our French market. We're hiring two people, one in the East and one in the West of France, so ideally you are based in one of these regions, close to the prospects and customers you meet in person. In between visits, you work remotely.

  • Growth in the French market: You join our Sales team in France and expand AVILOO's business with new and existing customers.
  • Independent sales: You sell the AVILOO FLASH Test to leasing companies, auction houses, large vehicle dealers, inspection bodies, and automotive manufacturers.
  • Pipeline and partners: You grow the sales pipeline in your region, and you identify and recruit additional local sales partners.
  • The full cycle: You own acquisition, quoting, contract negotiation, and commercial order handling.
  • Trade fairs and events: You represent AVILOO at relevant national trade fairs and customer events, and you manage ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
  • Close to the team: You work closely with your Sales colleagues in France, the wider Sales team, and our Director of Sales, while operating independently day-to-day.
  • Support from other departments: You collaborate closely with other departments (e.g. Marketing) to support growth in France.

Dein Profil

  • 5+ years in a national or field sales capacity, ideally with experience in the automotive industry. A network spanning trade to fleet experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working on the road and remotely, while staying closely connected to your Sales colleagues in France.
  • A hunter by nature: Customer acquisition is in your blood, and you enjoy building relationships from scratch.
  • Personal and entrepreneurial success drive you to push past your limits.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI to work faster, more precisely, and more efficiently.
  • A general affinity for technical products and e-mobility is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Fluent French is required.
  • Independent, precise, and pragmatic work style.
  • A team player who rolls up their sleeves when the situation calls for it.
