  • Provide subject matter guidance, training, and support to motivate team members across direct and wider sales channel to help pursue growth targets.
  • Be totally familiar with the rate structure and participate on any decisions on rate changes as well as implementation with customers.
  • Deal with any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner via our Sales Support unit or support functions such as branch managers, reservations, and company trainers to ensure that customer service levels meet or exceed company standards for this sector.
  • Report monthly against targets set, commenting on variances, problems, opportunities, competitor activity, market intelligence and items of industry interest.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business development goals and portfolio revenue targets.
  • Collaboration with marketing and sales teams in the design of campaigns to attract new customers.
  • To support and positively influence team and ABG company culture.
  • To proactively work to develop Trans-Tasman AU/NZ accounts via a regional approach

Analysis of data and market insights will support data driven decision making, essential to building your strategic portfolio of sustainable business. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
