Il Car Care è responsabile dell’intero processo di cura, verifica e movimentazione delle vetture ABG.

Attività

  • Controllare lo stato di pulizia e il livello di carburante delle vetture riconsegnate dai clienti ai return agent, per indirizzarle in approntamento verso le aree dedicate;
  • Aspirare e pulire internamente ed esternamente le vetture, ispezionandole visivamente per eventuali rifiniture ed effettuare il lavaggio delle tappezzerie ove richiesto;
  • Provvedere alla pulizia dell’area dedicata al lavaggio c/o la facility e dell’area dry wash del multipiano;
  • Movimentare le vetture all’interno del piazzale della facility, posizionarle all’interno del tunnel di lavaggio, parcheggiarle negli spazi stabiliti del multipiano e registrarle;
  • Posizionare i veicoli elettrici (EV) nelle aree adibite alla ricarica e verificarne l’effettivo completamento prima dell’approntamento;
  • Rifornire le vetture e compilare il Vehicle Condition Report (VCR);
  • Attività di inventario quotidiano delle vetture, seguendo le procedure SOX;
  • Verificare quotidianamente lo stock di baby seats e pulizia degli stessi;
  • Sistemare lo stock di catene da neve nella stagione di riferimento;
  • Verificare lo stato delle attrezzature fornite e comunicare al capoturno la necessità della manutenzione ordinaria e/o straordinaria (aspiratori, tubi dell'acqua, ugelli, spazzole, idropulitrice, etc);
  • Controllare quantitativamente e qualitativamente con cadenza settimanale il livello dei prodotti/attrezzature per il lavaggio (sapone, cera, liquido lavavetri, profumo etc) e dei materiali di consumo (carta, guanti monouso, panni microfibra etc);
  • Garantire il rispetto delle politiche e procedure aziendali nello svolgimento delle suddette attività quotidiane;
  • Navettamento della auto dalla facility all’aeroporto

Requisiti

  • Esperienza nella guida di veicoli di diversi tipi e dimensione, comprese le vetture automatiche e manuali;
  • Patente di guida in corso di validità;
  • Atteggiamento cortese e professionale;
  • Ottime capacità interpersonali, di comunicazione scritta e orale;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e orientamento al cliente;
  • Capacità di lavorare in piedi per lunghi periodi di tempo e di sollevare oggetti di peso moderato;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare con orari flessibili e all’aperto;
  • Ottime abilità organizzative, nel consegnare i veicoli lavati ai clienti nei tempi stabiliti.
