  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to explore new working methods and solutions to motivate the project team and achieve desired outcomes.
  • A strong foundation in project management skills, including agile methodologies, covering all phases from discovery to benefits realisation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of delivery tools and project management best practices.
  • Proficiency in working with senior stakeholders (up to CIO level) with strong influencing abilities to challenge and implement change effectively.
  • Leadership experience in team management and matrix management, including coordination with third parties and offshore teams.
  • Excellent risk and dependency management.
  • An understanding of key finance functions within the context of financial services products.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
