The posting

Avnet Logistics Bernburg

A high-performance distribution center with several logistics hall sections and upstream social and administration buildings is being built on a site area of approx. 190,000 m². A total of 56,000 m² of logistics space, 4,600 m² of office space and a product processing center (PMC) with an area of approx. 1,100 m² will be created in the first construction phase. Possible expansion areas are planned.

A total of around 700 jobs are to be created here by 2031. Following the start of construction in September 2022 and the topping-out ceremony in November 2023, gradual commissioning is planned from the second half of 2024. In spring 2025, up to 19,000 parcels are to be delivered here every day to over 30,000 customers worldwide. The location in Bernburg (Saale) complements the company's two existing European distribution centers in Tongeren, Belgium, and Poing near Munich.

Haustechniker (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Facility Managers bei der Durchführung sämtlicher Aufgaben im Bereich des kaufmännischen Managements der Immobile, insbesondere Beauftragung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Handwerker und Planer insbesondere haustechnische und sicherheitsrelevante Gewerke sowie der Steuerung und Kontrolle der Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit ausgewählter technischen Anlagen und der Gebäudefunktion
  • Wartung und Pflege der gesamten technischen Anlagen und der Immobilien
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von kleineren Reparaturen (z.B. Verstopfungen, kleine Maler/Ausbesserungsarbeiten)
  • Ansprechpartner bei technischen Anfragen oder Störmeldungen
  • Einweisung und Betreuung von externen Mitarbeitern und Koordination ihrer Serviceleistungen
  • Prüfung ortsveränderlicher Geräte
  • Weiterführen einer Inventarliste über alle Geräte und Mobiliar
  • Rufbereitschaft
  • Entwicklung zum Team Leader Haustechnik

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär oder Elektrotechnik
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung mit CAFM-Software
  • Gute Kenntnisse Gebäude Management Systeme
  • Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung: Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu erledigen
  • Teamfähigkeit: Kooperationsbereitschaft und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeit: Analytisches Denken und schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Lösung technischer Probleme
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Rufbereitschaft
