Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Implementierung und Optimierung von Produkt- sowie Fertigungsprozessen
  • Integration neuer Prozesse, Abläufe und Fertigungsmethoden in Zusammenarbeit mit Industrial Engineering
  • Sicherstellung der Erreichung des festgelegten Qualitäts- und Mengenstandards in der PCBA-Produktion
  • Betreuung und Dokumentation von Engineering Samples, Nullserien und Testläufen in der PCBA-Produktion
  • Definition von Produktionsabläufen nachgelagerter Subprozesse (Arbeitsschritte, Arbeitsfolgen, Materialbereitstellung, Werkzeuge, Produktionshilfsmittel)
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Schulung von produktspezifischen Dokumenten und Unterlagen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von wiederkehrenden Schulungen im Produktionsumfeld sowie Pflege der Skillmatrix
  • Ermittlung der Vorgabezeiten in Anlehnung an die gängigen Methoden wie REFA und MTM
  • Programmierung von automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung respektive als Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Elektronik
  • einschlägige Erfahrungen im industriellen Produktionsumfeld sind vorhanden
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozessoptimierung für THT (Through Hole Technology) Fertigungstechnik
  • Sie arbeiten sehr sorgfältig, engagiert und überzeugen durch Ihre Teamfähigkeit im Umgang mit Projektbeteiligten, Führungskräften und Kollegen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Kreativität bei der Suche neuer Lösungen gehört zu Ihren Stärken
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue Themengebiete, sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Technologien in einem dynamischen Umfeld, zeichnen Sie aus
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Kannkriterien (Zusatzqualifikationen)

  • Fachkenntnisse im Bereich PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) sowie Verbindungstechnologien
  • Fähigkeiten im Bereich CAM gestützte Programmierung von automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen
  • SAP (ERP) Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse über die Prinzipien des Lean Managements
  • Certified IPC A610 Specialist (CIS)
