Job Summary

The mission of this role is to establish and scale our client in USA into a high-performing, controlled and profitable business platform capable of supporting long-term growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building the operational and financial foundations of the US business. Working closely with commercial and global business leaders, you will ensure our client in USA has the standards, controls and responsiveness required to serve customers, support suppliers and convert trading opportunities into profitable cash outcomes.

  • Team Development:
  • Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing operational team.
  • Create a culture of ownership, accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.
  • Coach team members to understand the full trade execution process.
  • Develop future leaders capable of supporting long-term growth.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required and not limited within the role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
