Its portfolio currently includes approximately 20 hotel membership programs, with continued expansion across markets including Tokyo, Manila, and Saipan.

The company combines technology and hospitality expertise to help hotels strengthen relationships with their most valuable local guests and deliver a more engaging membership experience.

  • Build strong relationships with hotel department heads and coordinate timely member communications.
  • Support the planning, execution, and hosting of member events, promotions, and engagement activities.
  • Gather member feedback and identify opportunities to improve the membership and guest experience.
  • Prepare regular activity and performance reports covering membership growth, member feedback, events, and platform improvements.
  • Attend regular hotel F&B and management meetings as required.
  • Work closely with the company's Senior Management Team and hotel management to achieve agreed KPIs.

Key KPIs

  • New membership enrolments
  • Member engagement and participation
  • Member satisfaction and feedback
  • Membership visibility and conversion
  • Event and promotional participation
  • Quality and consistency of member support

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, F&B, retail, sales, customer service, or another highly customer-facing environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers proactively and building rapport with different types of guests.
  • Service-oriented with a strong focus on creating a positive customer experience.
  • Sales-minded and comfortable promoting products, services, or membership programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with hotel teams and management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, membership, loyalty, F&B, or premium customer-service environment is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
