Für unseren Kunden, ein international erfolgreiches Industrieunternehmen mit Sitz in Liechtenstein, suchen wir einen engagierten Supply Planner (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Position bist du für die Planung und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Warenversorgung innerhalb der internationalen Lieferkette verantwortlich. Dabei koordinierst du die interne Produktionsplanung, arbeitest eng mit externen Lieferanten zusammen und stellst sicher, dass die benötigten Produkte weltweit zur richtigen Zeit verfügbar sind. Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und trägst dazu bei, Lieferengpässe zu vermeiden und Kosten zu reduzieren. Zudem begleitest du die Einführung neuer Produkte und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen internationalen Abteilungen zusammen. Mit deinem analytischen Denken, deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise und deinem Organisationstalent leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer effizienten und zukunftsorientierten Lieferkette. Ihre Aufgaben Analysieren und Überwachen der Leistung von Lieferanten und Produktionsstandorten sowie Vorantreiben kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern Abstimmen und Zusammenarbeiten mit den weltweiten Marktorganisationen, Business Units, Produktionswerken und Lieferanten Erkennen möglicher Liefer- und Materialengpässe und frühzeitiges Entwickeln von Lösungen für deren schnelle Behebung Koordinieren logistischer Prozesse mit dem Ziel, Transport- und Lagerkosten zu senken Verantworten der Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) des Produktportfolios sowie Identifizieren von Effizienzsteigerungs- und Kostensenkungspotenzialen Begleiten von Produkteinführungen (Phase-in) und kontrolliertes Auslaufen bestehender Produkte (Phase-out) im Rahmen von Time-to-Money-Projekten Ihr Profil Hochschulabschluss in Supply Chain Management, einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Fachgebiet Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Kundenorientierung und Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserungen Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse inklusive Power BI und DAX sowie Erfahrung mit SAP/APO Fliessende Englischkenntnisse Wünschenswert Kenntnisse in SAP BW und Blue Yonder (JDA) Weitere Fremdsprachen Technisches Know-how für spezifische Herausforderungen der Lieferkette Das Angebot Flexible Arbeitszeiten auf Vertrauensbasis Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten Weiterbildungsangebote und finanzielle Beratungsangebote Internationales Arbeitsumfeld mit Mitarbeitenden aus über 70 Nationen Firmeneigenes Fitnessstudio und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten Gemeinsam nutzbare E-Bikes und kostenlose Parkplätze Unterstützung bei einem beruflich bedingten Umzug
