  • Perform light hands-on support tasks such as reconnecting cables, checking onboard device indicators, and confirming system readiness.
  • Move vehicles around the garage as needed and be prepared to drive on-road occasionally if required in the future.
  • Help document updates to workflows, procedures, and support practices so knowledge can be shared across the team.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, operations support, or a similar support-focused role

  • Comfortable working in a Unix environment as a daily part of the job
  • Strong working knowledge of basic Unix commands and utilities (e.g., cd, ls, rm, cp, scp, cat, vim, uptime, and journalctl)
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with engineers, safety drivers, and operators
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Able to manage multiple requests in parallel in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and process-driven work

  • Comfortable moving vehicles around a garage or operational site

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working onsite around vehicles for extended periods

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with fleet operations, incident handling, or remote technical support
  • Knowledge of vehicle technical systems
  • Experience working with autonomous vehicles
  • Familiarity with onboard hardware checks, connectors, or light technical support tasks on vehicles

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
