Awiant bygger våra kunders agentiska organisation. Vill du vara den partner som driver förändringen och skapar värdet tillsammans med kunden — och vara med hela vägen, från första möte till leverans? Vi växer och söker en säljare till vårt team i Stockholm.

Vi är en nordisk teknikkonsult med fokus på AI-transformation och molnlösningar, med Amazon Web Services och Anthropic som våra viktigaste partner. Syftet är enkelt: Befria företag från onödigt arbete genom smarta automationer och nära relationer — med agentiska AI-system och Claude som centrala verktyg. Riktiga projekt, verklig kundpåverkan och ett team som tar tekniken på allvar utan att ta sig själv på för stort allvar.

Om rollen

Du tar ett helhetsgrepp om kunden: paketerar våra leverans- och tekniska förmågor till konkreta erbjudanden, bearbetar kunden och kan själv axla en projektledarroll när samarbetet väl är i gång.

Du kommer att jobba inom fyra områden:

  • Befintliga kunder. Du breddar affären hos dem — till exempel genom att visa hur agentiska AI-lösningar med Claude löser ett problem de redan har, eller genom att introducera andra affärsområden.
  • Ny kundbearbetning. Du bygger relationer med nya kunder, både direkt och via vårt partnernätverk, och ser till att rätt möjlighet hamnar hos rätt kund vid rätt tidpunkt.
  • Tjänsteutveckling. Du är med och paketerar våra förmågor till nya erbjudanden, tillsammans med ledningsgruppen.
  • Solution selling. Du stöttar de mer komplexa affärerna tillsammans med ledningsgruppen och teknisk expertis.

Vem vi söker

Du har jobbat 6–8 år, främst med att leverera projekt men även med lösningsförsäljning. Du känner igen dig i strukturen och arbetssättet i en konsultorganisation, men vill nu vara någonstans mindre och snabbare, där du får äga hela kedjan från paketering, via avslut, till leverans. Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift krävs för rollen.
