Deine Mission

  • Unsere Arbeit basiert auf fundierter Forschung und Analyse. Du beobachtest Markttrends und die wissenschaftlichen Entwicklungen, evaluierst neue Technologien und bringst eigene Ideen für innovative Prozessoptimierungen ein.
  • Deine Erkenntnisse bringst du mit uns gemeinsam in qualitativ hochwertigen wissenschaftlichen Publikationen ein.
  • Darüber hinaus trägst du dadurch zur Entwicklung neuer, innovativer (Beratungs-)Dienstleistungen bei, welche wir dann gemeinsam unseren Kunden anbieten.
  • Zudem unterstützt du uns in der Betreuung unserer Forschungsprojekten, die sich mit zukunftsweisenden Fragestellungen rund um das Thema Prozessmanagement beschäftigen.

Dein Profil

  • Du interessierst sich für Geschäftsprozessmanagement und hattest bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit diesem Bereich (bspw. durch Vorlesungen, Seminararbeiten oder sonstige Arbeitsstellen)
  • Insbesondere Geschäftsprozessmodelle und entsprechende Notationen (wie BPMN oder EPK) sind dir nicht fremd und es macht dir Freude, mit diesen im Detail zu arbeiten
  • Der Einsatz generativer KI fasziniert dich, und du bist bereit dazu, den Einsatz dieser Technologien im Geschäftsprozessmanagement zu untersuchen
  • Sehr selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative
  • Eingeschriebenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrungen im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten, z. B. durch Seminar- oder Abschlussarbeiten
  • Interesse an innovativen Themen im Prozessmanagement
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Prozessmodellierungssprachen und Freude am Arbeiten mit diesen Methoden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
