En tant que membre de l'équipe de direction régionale de la Distribution, tu contribues activement au développement de nos canaux de distribution (Prévoyance, Toutes branches et agences partenaires). Tu veilles à ce que les agences générales disposent des processus, des structures, du know\-how et des ressources optimales pour garantir durablement leur croissance, productivité, rentabilité et qualité. Tu épaules les Responsables régionaux dans l'orchestration et le pilotage de la région de vente.

Rejoins notre secteur Distribution. Tu seras le point de contact avec nos clients. Chaque jour, tu donneras le meilleur pour répondre à leurs besoins, en proposant des conseils humains, tournés vers l'action et l'avenir, dans le respect de la devise « Customer first » d'AXA.

Ce qui t'attend

  • Développer et superviser la gestion de trois agences partenaires, piloter leur performance, leur organisation et garantir la qualité
  • Conduire des études et des projets stratégiques et opérationnels régionaux ( business model, implémentation IA) et assurer la mise en œuvre des décisions
  • Accompagner la transformation des méthodes de travail avec l'intégration de l'IA en vue de développer l'efficience des agences
  • Veiller à l'application rigoureuse des normes légales et internes (notamment LSA) et faire office de référent régional dans les domaines juridiques
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les agents généraux, les responsables de la vente et le back\-office pour assurer qualité et efficacité
  • Conduire des analyses, définir des mesures et en assurer un suivi régulier en coordination avec les différents acteurs internes et externes
  • Être sparring partner des agents généraux pour le développement continu de leurs compétences, notamment en termes de gestion et d'optimisation financière

Ce que tu apportes

  • Diplôme universitaire (Bachelor/Master) ou formation continue dans les assurances, avec une solide connaissance de la branche
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et (data\-) analytiques, expérience en gestion de processus ou business analyse
  • Capacité à structurer des sujets complexes et à les mettre en œuvre de manière orientée solutions avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de vente dans les assurances et expérience approfondie dans ou avec la distribution
  • Grandes compétences de communication et de facilitation, combinées à une forte capacité de mise en œuvre
  • Passion pour la transformation, l'innovation et l'amélioration continue. Utilisation régulière de l'IA pour optimiser le travail
  • Disponibilité pour une mobilité élevée au sein de la région de vente, avec déplacements réguliers dans toute la Suisse.
  • Français maîtrisé à l'écrit et à l'oral, très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (oral)
  • Maîtrise de tous les outils actuels de la suite office365 augmentée
